All products on FabrikTiles are instant-download digital files. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.

We Will Refund You If

• The file is corrupt or cannot be opened
• The file does not match the product described
• You were charged more than once for the same order
